How would you sum up Coaching? The aim of our coaching sessions is to inspire a new way of thinking that will transform your behaviour, Everyone deserves to be happy, fulfilled and in control. When you choose to work with us as your coach we will help you to develop a more confident attitude and approach to life.
Is coaching like therapy?Coaching is a journey of discovery and self-awareness combined with action and self-motivation. Coaching is non-advisory, solution focused and designed to move you forward rather than dwelling on the past. It’s a powerful method to help you improve, grow and develop new skills and tools to manage your life more effectively.
Will coaching fix me? You don't need fixing because you're not broken. Coaching will help you to recognise you are enough, simply being you. You wont' find me solving your problems. I will simply guide you into solving them. I will support you, but I can’t do the work for you. You need to be committed to making the changes that are needed to undertake the journey. You'll find me a great listener, totally understanding of your situation and 100% confidential.

Be honest at all times. Never lie about what you have achieved. Even if it’s difficult or uncomfortable because it’s in this space that the greatest changes happen.
Consider what actions may be necessary prior to sessions.– you can play it safe sure, but if you really want to grow then up your game. You’ll be amazed at how small changes make a BIG difference.
Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone with my support.
To have fun – this is your life, your health, your dreams, your journey. Enjoy it, embrace it and have fun with it. Not everything will be serious, nor should it.
What is the Coaching process? Our coaching can either be carried out face-to-face or over the telephone. Telephone coaching may be a new concept to you, yet, it is a cost and time effective way of providing individuals with coaching that is personalised, flexible and highly effective. Many people prefer this style of coaching because of its total flexibility e.g. you are not tied to a specific location at any one time.Face-to-face, is very personal and informal. I will arrange to meet* you at an arranged meeting point.
