The aim of our coaching sessions is to inspire a new way of thinking that will transform performances and to engage the individual in creating, driving and implementing their own development programme.  Whilst we will address all the relevant business issues our focus is on the individual because we believe that personality, experience and approach to life is a huge factor in how someone performs and finds motivation.  

Prior to beginning coaching, we take time to profile each individual using an outstanding leadership diagnostic.  This we believe produces the exact information required to identify key areas of development and more importantly it is the visible evidence many need to see before making the decision to change.

Our Leadership Diagnostic Tool we use is extremely easy to complete, brings an increased awareness of self-analysis, acknowledges and builds on areas of personal strength and identifies barriers to personal development.  It also increases an individuals understanding of the perception that others may have of them, how this impacts on relationships and how one might develop to improve effectiveness both as a professional and a person.  It is used extensively in business and by the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children Services.
