Coaching you - Through our coaching programme you will identify what is holding you back and discover how to use this to move seamlessly and in leaps and bound into a life that you have only dreamed of up till now.

It works because we take it one step at a time.

1. We begin with helping you to identify what is your current reality, what’s going on in your life and what you believe is most important to work on.  If you are uncertain of where your starting point is you have little chance of success

2. We will then guide and help you to understand what is holding you back – what is your learned behaviour.  The beginning to unlearning this

3. We will share with you the tools and techniques you will need to push forward and jump the hurdles of life – the first steps to getting what you want

4. Practice your learning – throughout your sessions you will be asked and expected push your boundaries.

5. Review your change – change only comes with action

6. Building momentum – you can se/feel and hear the change in you.

7. Maintenance

The challenges you face may have taken a life time to create, for this reason how long we work together can vary and will depend entirely on you.  During our initial consultation we will agree the amount of coaching right for you and talk through you the options that will be best suited to you and the investment you will make.  There is however a minimum requirement of 3 sessions which is payable in advance, which can be deducted from you full coaching programme once a way forward has been decided.
